TMP is seeking a data-driven, energetic, and innovative Paid Social Media Specialist. You will be working closely with account, content and media solutions teams to support a wide variety of clients across verticals and budget levels. The ideal candidate will assist in delivering strategic social media solutions, manage the tactical execution, optimize social engagements and monitor results as well as effectiveness of social media campaigns.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Platforms
  • Manage social media channels including social listening and engagement tactics to grow following across social channels such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube.
  • Execute paid social media and content syndication campaigns from set up, execution, management, optimizations, and reporting.
  • Collaboration
  • Partner with account, creative and data teams on the implementation of integrated digital communications plans.
  • Provide social media training and ongoing coaching to key TMP team members.
  • Clients
  • Provide ongoing strategic and tactical counsel to clients that maps to their specific business challenges.
  • Define key performance indicators and implement measurement, analytics and reporting methods to gauge success.
  • Serve as primary day-to-day contact with clients/internal teams and proactively engage on issues.
  • Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts for clients.
  • Innovation
  • Research opportunities for new social marketing platforms and select adapt current process to fit client needs.
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
  • Think outside the box to develop dynamic strategies that increase followers and targets new customers while keeping them consistently engaged.

Qualifications

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 2+ years of experience building social presence for global brands
  • Experience training and coaching individuals and teams on how to grow their social eminence
  • Strong Account Management skills working with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media platforms
  • A strong understanding of the various audience types and social media best practices to optimize engagement and traffic
  • Experience with social content publishing and analytics tools such as Sprinklr, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout, Sysomos, Rival IQ, Spredfast, Percolate and Expion
  • Experience in handling social media presence for both B2B or B2C clientele
  • A successful track record of building strong social momentum and adoration for brands
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Openness to feedback and collaboration from management and others throughout the organization
  • The ability to stay highly organized with great attention to detail and be deadline oriented
  • Demonstrated success activating social programs, specifically with results for social engagement and target audience growth
  • Experience training and coaching individuals and teams on how to grow their social eminence
  • Strong Account Management skills working with both internal and external stakeholders
