Graphic Designer, Customer Service Representative, Retail Assistant Manager
Position will join a thriving team of designers to produce and promote home decor via a variety of channels including both print and digital. Duties will require a strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, exceptional organizational skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt to an ever changing industry. Bachelor’s degree 2-4 years of related design experience preferred.
Customer Service Representative
Works directly with customers, vendors, and internal team members, either on the phone, by e-mail, or in-person, to meet their needs and exceed their expectations joyfully and energetically. Customer Service Representative should be detail-oriented, solution driven, with strong communication and time management skills, and able to handle difficult situations with grace and respect.
Retail Assistant Manager
Provides leadership, vision, and strategy to create an exceptional customer experience and drive sales in a unique retail setting. Role is responsible for assisting with daily operation of the store (including customer service, staffing, inventory, and merchandising) and develops strong team morale and a positive, customer-focused work environment.
Responsibilities include managing the cost accounting of manufactured items, researching and interpreting data, and analyzing and reconciling the company’s inventory management. Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5-10 years experience either at a Public Accounting Firm or at a company with a concentration in manufacturing preferred.
